Introduction
Brief introduction was given to; what project is? Different kinds of project; what a project team consist of? The presentation was based on the ongoing project of website development ArogyaDarpan.com.
 
Details
Starting with Requirement Specification of the website, she described in detail what basically requirement is all about, how it is collected.  She also described about Home Page & its content. She had given brief idea about the technology behind website development like how any RSS content will be displayed, the connection between two sites, etc.
 Going to Planning phase description of various steps was given like identifying tasks, masking dependencies, estimating UI units, allotment of time, etc. In Design phase what are the tips to be followed so that the Coding phase becomes easy like getting a clear picture of system, designing proof of concept, identifying modules, etc. Again a demo of the website ArogyaDarpan.com is shown for better understanding of the topic. Moving on to Coding phase she described about the standards to be followed, bugs fixing, proper log entries, etc.
 Next come Testing & Deployment phase where she covered topic like test cases, setup for deployment, documentation, etc.Risk Analysis & Management topic was also covered where she gave some examples of some adverse circumstances where project may fail & proper solution to face those risks.Feedback
Feedback forms were distributed to students. Forms shows the result that Mr. Vijay Jadhav is excellent in teaching style & clarification of doubts as well as in communication skills.

Interaction with students
After seminar got over, she interacted with few students discussing on various topics like major problem in projects, tips to build successful project.
