Introduction
Being Masters in Knowledge Management, Dr. Suzanne described about her Degree first & about La Trobe University, their courses offered & its environment. She explained the process of using knowledge & its importance in any organization & how it can be utilized in any system. She described the current scenario of importance of knowledge in any field.
 
Details
Firstly she described about the role of knowledge Management Governance in the implementation of strategy in La Trobe University, their quality courses, teaching, outcomes & attributes.
She had given few examples of her research in Knowledge Management area showing her aim, her approach & practicality of her research. She specified that this is ‘Knowledge Era’ & how much knowledge is given importance in any field of work, whether it is agriculture or even IT Industry.
 She briefly explained that how the data is collected & organized to form information which on analyzing becomes knowledge & synthesized for Management decision making process. Knowledge Work is the main focus of work practices & how work practices are changing rapidly. Moving on from knowledge to Knowledge Management & then to Knowledge Management System, she explained each component.The Area Manager, Mrs. Uma Abhayankar has also taken part in the seminar & given details about studying abroad for higher education.

After seminar got over, Dr. Suzanne has interacted with many students faculty members had photograph sessions with many students.
Mrs. Uma Abayankar has also imparted knowledge about various courses & emphasized on selecting right course by the students.
